Why would you book with us, and not someone else?

This is a classic question when people look at the price we offer, and to give a fair answer, we must address it.

First is chek in, very often when people book a room or an apartment, the chek in process is lagging. Receptionist takes too much time, apartment owner doesnt respond on time, forgets keys etc. In some cases place is even overbooked so you can't get what you paid for or you get charged twice for the same. It is not uncommon that you even get mugged during the night. 

In one Zagreb hotel I've read a customer complaining about beeing mugged for 2000 EUR by Bulgarian gypsies who stayed in the same hotel. Instead of addressing problem, hotel manangment accused guests of xenofobia. However, the real cause of the problem are not Bulgarian gypsies even if they were the once who did that, but the hotel which has very bad doors and locks on the rooms! Mugging is especially common in hostels where you share unlocked room with random people.

Sometimes it's the "cleaner" who cleans the room and mugs you. In our apartment noone enters your room while you are absent, and any entry that would happen while you are absent or sleeping would be seen. For example, if a person who cleans apartment enters with his own code (guest has different code) it is visible in system that room was enered with his code and it is obvious that it was him who breached security. Cleaner can't say it wasn't him, smart lock doesnt lie.

Another words, our apartment is designed to be secure. We have security doors and smart lock which you can't break through without waking up the whole building. If you lock doors from inside, no unwellcomed guest can open them. As soon as you book, we get notification and send you video instructions how to enter plus security code to enter. There is zero waiting on reception or for the guy with the key.

Second is parking, biggest problem in Zagreb is parking and when you as a guest come, they will often tell you that apartment doesnt have its own parking place. But instead you have to look for parking somewhere else, now imagine coming with your stuff to apartment, and then you have to wonder around with a car looking for a place to park, and then, sugar comes last - you have to pay for that "public" parking, and then walk back (with or without baggage). Sometimes, you will have parking at the hotel, excellent you will say! But then at the reception they tell you: "Our parking fee is 16 euros per day". 

At Zagrebarius parking is free and it is located in the same building as apartment, just on -1 floor.

Third is peace, sometimes, people come to a nice room or apartment just to have some rest, but soon realize that the walls are thin, neighbours are partying, there is a loud event at the hotel or they are situated just above some party club or a road with a loud traffic. Then, you can't have a good sleep. At Zagrebarius you always have peacefull sleep. 

Fourth
, imagine coming to an apartment or a room and you realize there is no soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, washing machine etc. We always have that.

Fifth is comfort, our beds are not squeaky, madrace is comfortable, sofa is cozy, WiFi, heating and airconditioning are working perfectly.

Sixth is honesty, imagine going on a trip with your kids and you see a nice hotel in Zagreb with a rooftop pool. You gonna have a wonderful time, or you just think so because kids are not allowed to the pool.
Sometimes, they advertize that place has spa and a swimming pool, then when you come you realize that it doesnt work at the moment or that you have to pay extra for it. At our place, there are no hidden costs or fraudlent advertising - that's why we have good reviews.
